When I approach a new project, I always begin by understanding: the core objective, what success looks like, and why the project matters.

From there, I break the work down into four phases:

    1. Discovery (1–2 weeks): I gather all relevant information—audience insights, data, competitive context, existing assets, and constraints. This helps prevent blind spots and keeps the project aligned with reality.

    2. Strategy & Planning (2–4 weeks): I define the roadmap—milestones, key players, deliverables, and timelines. This includes assigning responsibilities and outlining how we’ll measure success (today & in the future).

    3. Execution (4–8 weeks): I prioritize clear communication, fast iteration, and stakeholder visibility. I’m hands-on during this phase to ensure quality, momentum, and focus.

    4. Optimization & Reflection (1–3 weeks post-launch): After launch or delivery, I track performance, analyze what worked (and what didn’t), and document lessons learned. That feedback loop fuels smarter future projects.

Overall, I approach every project like a balance between art and architecture, because creative ideas are built on a strong, structured foundation.

My project timeline typically follows a structured yet flexible framework that adapts to the scope and urgency of the work, it’s the same process I use in approaching new projects. Every project I take on follows a structured yet adaptable timeline designed to balance speed, quality, and clarity.

I begin with a discovery and planning phase to define goals, audience, and deliverables. From there, I move into strategy and creative development, followed by focused execution and buildout. After launch, I prioritize testing, optimization, and performance review to ensure long-term success.

While timelines can vary based on scope and resources involved, most projects are completed within ~8 to 14 weeks, with room for acceleration or phased delivery as needed.
